Our organization is looking for people who are driven and dedicated that are interested in being RBTs (Registered Behavior Technicians) and BCBAs (Board Certified Behavior Analysts) at any of our three locations!
Our Work: We are aware of the barriers to sustainable practice for BCBAs. It is not uncommon in our field for BCBAs to have large caseloads, long working days, hours spent driving, overwhelming administrative tasks, and excessive cancellations. At Autism Solutions, we have created multiple layers of support so that BCBAs can focus on client care and supervision. We have found the best way to encourage work-life balance for our BCBAs is to provide hourly pay, where BCBAs can request the number of weekly hours they choose to work. These hours are guaranteed to BCBAs and not dependent on scheduling or caseloads. This allows for increased flexibility and time off. Our BCBAs have small case loads, guaranteed monthly hours and minimal non-billable tasks. Many of our BCBAs choose to work 34-40 hours per week, yet their pay is competitive with full time salaries.
